It establishes the closure of all places of business not listed in Schedule 2. Infact, Schedule 2 lists what are considered 'essential business' as follows (i) Supply chains (including processing, packaging, distribution, delivery and maintenance); (ii) Retail and Wholesaling (including food, pet food and supplies, and household consumer products necessary to maintain the safety, sanitation and essential operations of residences and businesses, including grocery stores, supermarkets, convenience stores, markets and other similar retailers; beer, wine and liquor stores and alcohol producers; gas stations; auto and motor-vehicle-repair; hardware stores; pharmacies and dispensaries); (iii) Food Services and Accommodations; (iv) Institutional, Residential, Commercial and Industrial Maintenance; (v) Telecommunications and IT Infrastructure/Service Providers; (vi) Transportation; (vii) Manufacturing and Production; (viii) Agriculture and food production (including businesses that farm, harvest, process, manufacture, produce or distribute food, including beverages, crops, animal products and by-products, aquaculture, hunting and fishing; businesses that support the food supply chain; businesses that help to ensure safe and effective waste management including deadstock, rendering, nutrient management, bio hazardous materials, green waste, packaging, recycling); (ix) Construction; (x) Financial activities; (xi) Resources; (xii) Environmental Services; (xiii) Utilities and Community Services; (xiv) Communications Industries; (xv) Research; (xvi) Health Care and Seniors Care and Social Services; (xvi) Justice Sector; (xvii) Other businesses; and (xviii) Business Regulators and Inspectors.
