Article 1 contains the definition of vinegar. Vinegar within the meaning of this Ordinance is the product that contains at least 5 grams and at most 15.5 grams of acid in 100 milliliters, calculated as anhydrous acetic acid, and is manufactured. Article 4 lists marking and labelling requirements for vinegar in order to be marketed. The text consists of 8 articles. Parts 1a, Article 3, part 4a and Article 6 are repealed.
