Article 4 deals with the nomination of meat inspectors Articles 5 and 6 lay down respectively provisions relating to the building and running of slaughterhouses. Article 7 establishes that the cantonal veterinary decides where sick animals may be slaughtered. The carcass shall be conserved in a cool place until the time of inspection.
