Resumen

President of the Regional Council of Ministers decrees to recommend heads of local administration upon presentation by state forestry institutions to transfer up to 50 percent of the sums of forfeit for the damage caused to forestry by the infringement of the forestry requirements in the process of supply of standing timber and the infringement of the forest legislation for financing of afforestation and reforestation and development of the social sphere of enterprises and organizations of forestry.
