This Ordinance enters into force on 1 November 2011.

Resumen

This Government Ordinance lays down some amendments and addenda to the Ordinance establishing exceptions to the registration of species and varieties of cultivated plants threatened by genetic erosion, and the marketing of propagating material of these species and varieties. In particular, the present Ordinance establishes conditions of marketing fodder plant seed mixtures intended for use in the preservation of the natural environment (supplemented art. 4a, 4b, 4c).
