Resumen

Deputy chief of the Federal Land Committee, for the purpose of ensuring the promotion of land reform, improvement of interaction and coordination of the territorial branches of the Federal Land Committee in the sphere of management of land resources, orders to set up inter-regional coordination council in the sphere of land policy and to validate the Regulation on inter-regional coordination council in the sphere of land policy. The main tasks of the inter-regional coordination council include analysis of the state of the stock of land and the system of management of land resources, valuation of the perspectives and the dynamics of their development on the territory of the respective territories of the Russian Federation-members of the council. Heads of the following territorial branches of the Federal Land Committee make part of the inter-regional coordination council in the sphere of land policy: the Republic of Kalmykia, the Republic of Marii El, the Republic of Mordovia, the Chuvash Republic-Chuvashia, the Republic of Tatarstan, the Astrakhan Region, the Vladimir Region, the Volgograd Region, the Kirov Region, the Nizhni Novgorod Region, the Penza Region, the Ryazan Region, the Samara Region, the Ulyanovsk Region. The document consists of 6 sections. Section 1 lays down the general provisions. Section 2 determines the tasks and the functions of the Council. Section 3 determines the plenary powers of the Council. Section 4 regards the composition of the Council. Section 5 deals with the organizational matters. Section 6 regards the cessation of activity of the Council.
