Order No.2 of 1995 of the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources regarding setting up information and analytical system of the Ministry.

The Minister, for the purpose of improvement of the provision with information of the process of management in the sphere of environmental protection and natural resources for the solution of the main tasks and carrying out functions entrusted to the Ministry, orders to validate the Concept of the information and analytical system of the Ministry. Information and analytical system of the Ministry must provide structural sub-divisions of the Ministry and its territorial bodies with data regarding the state of environment, with normative and methodical documentation, carry out generalization and analytical elaboration of data and its relaying to the users concerned, backing of ecological data bases, resolves other tasks in the sphere of the provision with information of managing authorities in the sphere of environmental protection, nature management and ensuring ecological safety.
