This Order shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the day of its first official publication.
Resumen

Hygienic Standards for atmospheric air in urban and rural settlements, on the territories of industrial organizations establish maximum permissible concentration limits of pollutants in the atmospheric air of urban and rural settlements (Table 1); Estimated Safe Exposure Levels for Pollutants (SELs) in atmospheric air of urban and rural settlements (Table 2); classification of pollutants contained in Tables 1 and 2 by groups; maximum permissible concentrations of hazardous substances in the air of the working area; Estimated Safe Exposure Levels for Pollutants (SELs) in atmospheric air of working area (Table 2); maximum permissible concentrations of liquid propellant components and products of their transformation in environment; Maximum Permissible Concentrations (MPC) and Approximately Safe Level exposure (SHB) exposure to chemicals in the atmospheric air of populated areas (Table 2); Maximum Permissible Concentrations (MPC) of Chemical Substances in the Water of Waterbodies for drinking and cultural and domestic water use (Table 3); Maximum Permissible Concentrations (MPC)of chemical substances in soil (Table 4); Maximum permissible level (MPL) for contamination of the skin with chemical substances Table 5); Maximum Permissible Level (MPL) of nitrosodimethylamine in food (Table 6); Emergency exposure limits for unsymmetrical 1,1-dimethylhydrazine in worker air zones (for those working in the center of the accident) (Table 7); Emergency exposure limits for unsymmetrical 1,1-imethylhydrazine in atmospheric air (Table 8); and Acceptable daily intake (ADI) of unsymmetrical 1,1-dimethylhydrazine for the population, having no professional contact therewith (Table 9).
