Order No. 91 of the Ministry of Agriculture validating the Regulation on registration of plant originators.

This Order regulates the registration of plant originators and sets forth the terms and conditions for the registration of natural and legal persons as holders of breeders’ rights to plant variety registered in the State register of selection achievements authorized for use on national territory. Any natural or legal person in possession of a patent or user’s licence may submit the following documentation to the Ministry of Agriculture for registration: (a) application; (b) notarized copy of state registration; (c) notarized copy of patent or user’s licence; (d) notarized copy of land ownership or land tenure certificate; and (e) biological characteristics of plant variety.
