This Order enters into force on the date of publication.

Resumen

This Order establishes tree logging plan in reforested areas. It consists of 8 articles and 3 annexes specifying the requirements to be satisfied in order to exploit these forestry resources. The authorization for performing this activity and controls to be carried out are under the competence of Ibama. Annexes list all information to be given to the aforementioned forestry administration.
