The following sanitary and hygienic forest arrangements must be carried out regularly: (a) selection sanitary felling; (b) final sanitary felling; (c) land clearing; (d) felling of extraneous forest species, shrubbery and vegetation causing propagation of forest diseases. Sanitary and hygienic arrangements must be carried out in the forests of all categories. Allotment of woodcutting areas for sanitary felling shall be carried out in spring-summer period at least a month before woodcutting. Allotment in deciduous forests shall be authorized only in the presence of leaves. All the trees destined for felling must be marked. Texto completo Ruso
