Land valuation shall be considered inventory of land areas in accordance with soil quality for subsequent cost valuation of agricultural land, land survey and stimulation of rational and efficient land management. Object of land valuation shall the plots of land with the defined legal status as established in land cadastre. Subject of land valuation shall be landowners, tenants and lease holders of agricultural land. All agricultural land areas irrespectively of departmental subordination and right of use thereof shall be subject to compulsory land valuation.
