Order No. 308-P of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection validating the Regulation on the issuance of hunting permits.

This Order establishes that commercial, artisanal and sport hunting on national territory shall require a hunting permit, which shall be issued to any person that passes a hunting examination. Preparatory courses for hunting examinations shall be organized by legal persons in accordance with the programmes established by the Ministry. Hunting permits shall be issued by the provincial branches of the authorized state wildlife institution upon payment of hunting permit fee. Hunting permits shall not be transferable. Hunting without hunting permit shall be subject to criminal prosecution.
