Resumen

This Order establishes the modalities of registration of surface waterbodies and groundwater sources used by natural and legal persons for decentralized potable and public water supply. It establishes limit of 50 cubic metres daily for decentralized potable and public water supply. The aforesaid water supply shall not be subject to licensing and the registration shall be carried out by local self-government. The applicants shall submit to registration authority the following documentation: (a) application; (b) copy of land plot map; (c) scheme of the position of waterworks; (d) notarized copy of state registration of legal persons; (e) land allocation certificate (lease contract, decision of the head of local administration); (f) copy of waterworks certificate; (g) copy of licence for sanitary and hygienic activity; and (h) copy of map of water sanitary protection zone.
