País/Territorio Ucrania Tipo de documento Reglamento Fecha 2004 Fuente FAO, FAOLEX Materia Agua Palabra clave Puerto Instalaciones Navegación Inundación Inspección Área geográphica Mar Negro, CEI (Comunidad de Estados Independientes), Europa Oriental, Europa, Europa y Central Asia Resumen The present Order consists of 14 sections dealing with: (1) general provisions (sect. 1); (2) basic requirements for its implementation (sect. 2); (3) maintenance works (sect. 3); (4) general organizational and engineering arrangements (sect. 4); (5) technical operation of harbour waterworks (sect. 5); (6) technical operation of protective waterworks (sect. 6); (7) technical operation of coast protective structures (sect. 7); (8) technical operation of harbourage and roadstead (sect. 8); (9) inspection and supervision of harbour waterworks (sect. 9); (10) safety arrangement in the period of drifting of ice, freezing-over and flooding (sect. 10); (11) repairs of harbour waterworks (sect. 11); (12) authorization for operation of harbour waterworks (sect. 12); (13) supervision over the operational regime and the technical state of harbour waterworks (sect. 13); (14) supervision over the technical state of wharfage (sect. 14).The present Order establishes the modalities of operation, maintenance and repairs of wharfage, protective and coast protective waterworks, and also of defined areas of water of roadstead and access ducts in the fluvial ports of Ukraine. The Order shall be applicable to all fluvial harbour waterworks irrespectively of the form of ownership. Supervision over of fluvial harbour waterworks shall be carried out by the Navigation Register of Ukraine that must issue compliance certificate. Dumping from ships of the remnants of cargo and waste, and also discharge of sewage within harbour area shall be prohibited. Environmental protection arrangements must be carried out for the prevention of pollution of waterworks. Harbour waterworks must be regularly cleared of oil patches, weeds and waste. Rate of movement of vessels in the access ducts shall be regulated according to the local operational conditions and hydrometeorology so as to ensure the safety of navigation and the conservation of waterworks.
