Resumen

The purpose of this Order is to improve efficiency of the system of hygienic certification and valuation of manufacture, delivery and trade of produce and commodities in order to protect human life and health. The Ministry decrees to put into effect the Regulation on hygienic valuation and the forms of hygienic certificates for produce and commodities along with manufacture (Annex 1), separate hygienic certificate for produce and commodities (Annex 3), and separate hygienic certificate for manufacture (Annex 4). Hygienic certificates are obligatory for the produce potentially injurious to human health. The Regulation contains the list of produce liable to hygienic certification. It includes foodstuffs, food additives, materials used for water supply services.
