Entry into force notes

This Order enters into force on 1 January 2015. The provisions repealed by article 1, no. 4, 6 shall continue to apply the treatment of requests for payment of grants received before 1 January 2015.

Resumen

This Order partly amends Order No. 96, in particular the deadline for submission and receipt of requests for financial subsidy allocated to establish buffer zones along streams and lakes (art. 4b); and for the agreement period of such activities to permit land owners to transfer financial responsibilities and rights for the operation of the area elsewhere or to other parties (art. 22). Reduction of financial subsidy shall be included in adherence to article 35 of Regulation (EU) No. 640/2014, whereby specified crop group areas where an agreement of funding ceases (Chapter 6a).
