Resumen

The Order partly amends Order No. 1276, in particular provisions in cases of scrapie disease found in sheeps and goats. The Footnote is slightly changed, whereas implementation of EU directives includes now Commission Decision 94/273/EC on the protection of animals during transport, Official Journal 2001, L 202, page 63. In the Introduction of the Order, the now amended implementation Act (and articles) is as follows: “articles 7-8, 30 (sections 1,3) art. 34, 37, 67, 70 (sect. 3) of Animal Keeping Act No. 466 (LEX-FAOC133677).
