Resumen This Order sets regulations concerning the grant of subsidies (DKK 700/hectare) for the agricultural development of targeted crops and in accordance with Commission Regulation (EU) no. 1408/2013 of 18 December 2013 on the application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty on European Union in the de minimis aid in the agricultural sector. The Danish AgriFish Agency shall designate coastal water catchment areas (ID15) where these targeted crops are to be grown and is responsible for the administration of subsidy requests. For eligibility of such grants, the areas must be registered in an ID15-designated area and forming a minimum of 0.30 hectares; be on a farm land which is not declared in the Common Form (application for area aid) where crops are subject to classification in environmental focused areas; that the areas do not violate obligations for existing funding under other legislations, and that they are used for growing spring sown crops in the calendar year immediately following the year of subsidy application. These include cruciferous crops, grain, grass, phacelia or chicory, and grass seed. Texto completo Danés Página web www.retsinformation.dk
