Order No. 108 of the Ministry of Natural Resources validating the Regulation on recreational forest use.

Plots of forest shall be conceded for permanent management to state and municipal institutions and on lease to other persons for the purpose of recreational activities. In calculating forest areas for recreational use, optimal recreational pressure upon forest ecosystem shall be taken into consideration so as not to damage forest plantations and environment. Natural landscape, wildlife species, plants and water bodies shall be subject to protection on forest plots conceded for recreational uses. Recreational activities shall not be harmful to the environment or human health. Recreational forest use shall not impede the right of all citizens to use forests.
