Resumen

Fishing regime of Ukraine in 2023 envisages that users of aquatic biological resources performing fishing are required to tag passive fishing gear, as well as active fishing gear, the number of which is limited by this Regime in order to determine ownership thereof. Tags are attached to each fishing gear: (a) joint seines - on the stretch at the entrance to the yard directly next to the wing; (b) fish weir - to the upper part of the frame, which forms the entrance to the fish weir; (с) lifting traps and crawfish traps - to the upper part of the frame; and (d) joint nets - to the upper heel at a distance of up to 1 meter from one of the ends of the net. Users of aquatic biological resources are obliged to urgently inform territorial bodies of the State Fisheries Agency, in the area of which special use of aquatic biological resources is carried out, territorial and interregional territorial bodies of the State Ecological Inspection, special administrations of the nature reserve fund and relevant main offices of the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection about the detection of diseases of aquatic biological resources, the deterioration of their environment, cases of death or the risk of their death.
