Resumen

In order to improve the coordination of the activities of the ministries, state committees, administrative departments, state administrations and local governments, international, religious, scientific and educational organizations, mass media and representatives of the civil sector involved in activities to ensure sanitary-epidemiological, epizootic well-being in the country, exclusion of functional duplication of the National emergency anti-epidemic and anti-epizootic commission and Country Multisectoral Coordinating Committee on Combating HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis and malaria, timely organization activities measures for the prevention of infectious diseases, localization and elimination of epidemics, mass poisonings, emergencies caused by deterioration of the sanitary-epidemiological and epizootic situation, prevention of the emergence and spread of particularly dangerous infectious animal diseases, including those that pose a threat to human health, the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides to set up Country Multisectoral Coordinating Committee on Socially Significant and Particularly Dangerous Infectious Diseases under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic. Country Multisectoral Coordinating Committee on Socially Significant and Particularly Dangerous Infectious Diseases under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic is a coordinating body designed to carry out its activities on a voluntary basis for: (a) timely organization of urgent measures to combat socially significant and particularly dangerous infectious diseases among human beings and animals, localization and elimination of epidemics, mass poisoning among the population; (b) coordination and optimization of the activities of ministries, state governmental committees, administrative departments, other executive bodies, local authorities, local state administrations, local government, international, non-profit, religious and educational organizations, the media and the civil sector, as well as other legal entities, regardless of the form of ownership, involved in the fight against infectious diseases.
