Resumen This Notification sets forth principles and procedures of import of substances under the scope of this Notification and subject to release free for circulation, inward processing regime, outward processing regime, processing under customs control, and temporary admission. This Notification shall apply to the substances that are listed in Annex-I, II and III and identified by the customs tariff statistics position and definition. The Notification is drafted in accordance with the Vienna Convention for the Protection of Ozone Layer, 20 June 1990 and Montreal Protocol on Substances That Deplete the Ozone Layer, 19 December 1991 and in accordance with the amendments of London, Copenhagen, Montreal and Beijing. Import of any substances listed in the Annexes and any object containing those substances is restricted. However, import of substances listed in Article 3 for agricultural quarantine, laboratory analysis and use before transportation is subject to permission of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry.
