Entry into force notes
This Notification enters into force on the day it is published in the Official Gazette.
Resumen

This Notification lays down rules to support farmers by carrying out alternative practices in the prohibited cultivation areas due to potato wart disease. Alternative practices include production of plants in the family Solanaceae, tuber plants, plant products other than production materials such as seedlings and saplings, or production of alternative products for consumption other than potatoes and seedlings in fallow land. This Notification sets forth provisions on the requirements to be entitled to the subsidy, application procedures, authorities of the provincial and district institutions, liabilities and inspection.
