Entry into force notes
This Notification enters into force on the day it is published in the Official Gazette.
Resumen

This Notification sets forth provisions on original veterinary documents or certificates arriving with consignments of non-conforming products, dispatch of consignments from warehouses, veterinary checks, and veterinary health certificate. This Notification is drafted in line with the Commission Decision of 8 September 2000 laying down the methods of veterinary checks for products from third countries destined for introduction into free zones, free warehouses, customs warehouses or operators supplying cross border means of sea transport.
