The Notification is consisted of 11 articles and 14 annex clauses detailing the rules, procedures and methods of sampling and analysis. The Notification is drafted in accordance with the European Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2568/91 on the characteristics of olive oil and olive-residue oil and on the relevant methods of analysis.
