Resumen This Notification sets forth the rules and procedures of and determine the standards for, hygienic and technically appropriate production, processing, conservation, transport, storage and marketing of partly or wholly dehydrated preserved milk for human consumption. The Notification also covers provisions on the rules and procedures of packaging, labelling, marking and traceability of partly or wholly dehydrated preserved milk products. The Notification consists 19 articles and 2 annex clauses. This Notification is drafted in accordance with Council Directive 2001/114/EC relating to certain partly or wholly dehydrated preserved milk for human consumption.
