Resumen This Norm, consisting of 121 articles, establishes the Technical Regulation of Biosecurity for manipulating the virus of Foot and Mouth Disease VFA (from Annex I to Annex V). This Regulation specifies the basic requirements in order to manipulate the foot and mouth disease virus for diagnostic, research, experiment, production and control purposes.
