This Norm enters into force on the day of its publication.
Resumen

This Norm establishes, within the scope of Incra, standards for the administrative procedures of titling rural properties within the Agrarian Reform. In particular, it defines criteria and procedures for: I - issue provisional and definitive titling instruments on land owned by Incra or the Union affected to Settlement Projects - PA under the management of the National Institute of Colonization and Agrarian Reform (Incra); II - payment conditions and release of resolutive clauses of signed contracts or titles issued by Incra; III - criteria and procedures for settlement supervision and regularization in Agrarian Reform Settlement Projects. When carrying out occupational supervision of agrarian reform lots, Incra will check the conditions for the Agrarian Reform beneficiary to stay on the plot. Article 7 establishes that, once the conjugal marriage is dissolved, if it is not possible to divide the plot, the woman will have preference to remain in the property and assume the rights and obligations arising from the CCU, the CDRU or the TD that is still pending fulfillment of resolutive clauses, except in the event that the man remains with custody of minor or incapacitated children.
