Resumen

The vision of the National Strategy to Combat Food Waste (ENCDA) is Zero food waste for a Sustainable production for responsible consumption and is intended to reflect the Commission's objective of concerted action, without overlapping or conflict of approaches, maximizing synergies so as not to jeopardize initiatives already launched on the ground, aiming at zero food waste: Sustainable production for responsible consumption. The vision has as its starting point the mission of the National Commission for Combating Food Waste (CNCDA), Combating food waste, a shared responsibility of the producer to the consumer, in a perspective of reflecting the mission of the founding dispatch of the CNCDA, that is, to promote the reduction of food waste through an approach integrated and multidisciplinary.
