Resumen The National Strategic Development Plan is a multi-sectoral national planning instrument that addresses a comprehensive range of issues, goals, strategies, objectives and actions that are strategic in charting the course towards the social and economic advancement of Grenada. The vision of the Plan is for Grenada to embrace a rich heritage that nurtures community and family values, with a united, educated, spiritual and hospitable people, thriving in a peaceful democratic environment, transformed by innovation, creativity, enterprise and equal opportunity for a better quality of life. To pursue this vision, the Plan outlines 12 goals related with: 1) economy and eradication of poverty; 2) social capital; 3) cultural capital; 4) governance, democracy, peace and security; 5) youth development; 6) gender; 7) sustainable environment and physical development; 8) tourism; 9) agriculture; 10) agro-processing; 11) construction; and 12) economic infrastructure.
