A marine park may be divided into zones for different public uses and for resource management needs and these zones shall be consistent with the classification of the park under section 15 of the Act and be delineated in the park’s management plan as adopted pursuant to the Act. Zones in marine parks may include areas for fishing, special nature protection, environmental recovery or restoration or special habitat or species management.
