No person shall trade in trophies or manufacture articles from trophies for sale unless he is in possession of a trophy dealer's permit in the form set out in the First Schedule. Recovery of trophies which under section 90 of the Act are government trophies may be rewarded (reg. 4). Such trophies shall be scheduled by the appropriate officer in the form as set out in the fourth Schedule. Schedule 2 specifies a fee for permits and Schedule 3 specifies district marks for ivory and rhinoceros horn.
