The functions of the Commission include: to conserve the natural beauty of Barbados; to control, maintain, and develop public parks, and; to advise the Minister on various matters. The second part of the Act concerns the licensing of some activities in public parks. The Minister may make Regulations relative to preservation of parks in accordance with section 30.
