Ministerial Resolution No. 11 of 1979 defining the general and particular requirements and conditions for commercial and industrial houses as well as for the public utilities.

This Resolution is composed of 2 Chapters divided into 3 articles. Chapter 1 contains the following general requirements and conditions for the commercial and industrial houses as well as for the public utilities: (a) use the suitable construction materials; (b) the level of the floor not lowered to the level of the road; (c) the floor shall be realized by a material not absorb liquids; (d) provided with a good illumination and airing; (e) provided with an enough quantity of water suitable for use; (f) the water material tank shall be made from un-hazardous substance to the health; (provided with enough water closets; (g) provided with drainage and sewerage system for the waste disposal materials; (h) provided with all safety and security requirements; (i) provided with pesticides; and (j) provided with anti-fire equipments. Chapter 2 deals with the particular conditions and requirements for hotels, public water closet, coiffeurs, barber shops, tailor’s workshop, tin Tory, dye works, places for natural flour sale and ornamental fish and birds, asphalt and tar industries, paint and varnish industries, tire industries, pesticide industries, smith craft, gas deposits and compressed gas, car repair shops, welding shops, carpentries, glass industries, carbon sale shops, carbon deposits, printing houses, car washing and lubricating, cotton carding, poultry incubators and animal feed industries.
