Ministerial Joint Decree No. 196033 on cross-border provision of plant production services in the Greek territory, in accordance with article 17 of Law No. 3844/2010.

In accordance with article 17 of Law No. 3844/2010 and Community Directive 2006/123/EC on the provision of services in the internal market, this Decree allows Community providers in the sector of plant production to operate in the national territory with out being established in Greece. The specialized services shall include: marketing of seeds, plant propagating material and fertilizers, b) seed testing services and c) samplings on soil, plant tissues and irrigation water for technical analyses.
