Entry into force notes

The provisions of this Decree shall enter into force on 1 December 2011.

Resumen

The Decree aims at implementing the provisions of Commission Directive 2010/60/EU as regards the marketing of mixtures of various genera, species and subspecies, intended for use in the preservation of the natural environment in the context of the conservation of genetic resources. The Decree implements all the sixteen articles contained in the Directive.
