Ministerial Decree No.452 of 2004 regarding validation of the list of the Russian fisheries organizations forming towns and settlements that are conceded the rights of application of reduced fees for the use of aquatic biodiversity.

The Government decrees to validate the list of fisheries organizations forming towns and settlements that are conceded the rights of application of reduced fees for the use of aquatic biodiversity. The Ministry of Agriculture and the Ministry of Finance must forward annually, till the 20th of November to the Government, coordinated proposals regarding amendments to the list, validated by the present Ministerial Decree in case of acquisition or loss of by the Russian fisheries organizations of the criteria on the grounds of which they were conceded the right of application of reduced fees for the use of aquatic biodiversity.
