Ministerial Decree No.449 of 2004 regarding classification of agricultural commodities manufactured from one’s own agricultural products or one’s own bred fish as commodities of primary processing.

Premier decrees to establish that commodities of primary processing manufactured from one’s own agricultural raw materials and (or) one’s own bred fish are agricultural commodities (vegetable and animal products) and (or) bred fish (fish-breeding produce) that have undergone technological operations of processing for the purpose of conservation of their quality and ensuring long-term storage, used as raw materials for further (industrial) processing of produce or traded without further processing in accordance with the Annex.
