Resumen

The Government decrees to validate the Regulation. Inter-departmental commission is set up for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of the Convention on the protection of the Black sea against pollution. The main tasks of the Commission are: 1. ensuring coordination of the activity of the ministries and departments of the Russian Federation and regional executive bodies as regards solution of ecological, economic and social problems connected with the fulfilment of the obligations of the Russian Federation originating from the Convention on the protection of the Black sea against pollution; 2. examination of the proposals regarding forming and realization of state policy as regards the issues of the prevention of pollution of then Black sea; 3. coordination of the elaboration of the Federal Special Programs (FSP) regarding the solution of the problems of the protection of the Black sea from pollution and their examination; 3. elaboration of the proposals as regards improvement and development of international cooperation with the Black sea area states for the purpose of the fulfilment of the Convention on the protection of the Black sea against pollution; 4. coordination of elaboration and realization of international projects regarding ecological improvement of the Black sea with the participation of international organizations and the Black sea area states.
