Ministerial Decree No. 894 regarding state support of the Cossack associations that undertake obligation to produce and deliver agricultural commodities, raw materials and food for state needs.

The Government, for the purpose of state support of the Cossack associations, decrees that Ministry of Agriculture and other Federal Executive Bodies that are state customers of the delivery of agricultural commodities, raw materials and food for state needs must undertake additional measures for every kind of assistance in order to increase production and delivery of agricultural commodities, raw materials and food for state needs. The Government recommends to the Regional Executive Bodies to examine the possibility of increasing special stock of land and expansion of the plots of land allotted to the Cossack associations for agricultural use.
