Ministerial Decree No. 82 validating the Regulation on sociohygienic monitoring.

The main tasks of the monitoring system shall be to keep track of and analyse the following information: 1) on the structure of nutrition, quality and safety of alimentary raw materials and foodstuffs; 2) on the atmospheric pollution level; 3) on quality of potable water, the state of water sources and water bodies; 4) on the state of soil; 5) on electro-magnetic pollution; 6) on sources of environmental, atmospheric, surface water, groundwater and soil pollution; 7) on radiation environment. The Ministry of Public Health shall be entitled with the task of carrying out sociohygienic monitoring.
