Resumen

This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of carrying out veterinary and sanitary arrangements in accordance with veterinary norms and standards that are compulsory for all natural and legal persons. Veterinary arrangements shall be intended complex of antiepizootic measures and procedures aimed at protection of animal health, prevention and liquidation of the outbreak of animal diseases. Agricultural animals must be kept clinically healthy and comply with basic physiological indices in accordance with veterinary recommendations and regulations. Manufacturing, import-export and application of veterinary drugs shall be subject to compulsory registration thereof except for cases of manufacturing, import and export in small quantities for registration and testing. Only healthy animals shall be authorized for slaughtering.In order to ensure cattle drive on the territory of several municipal units regional executive body shall make decision on allotment of land plots for such purposes. Persons that are the users of cattle drives and livestock passage routes for long-term use shall construct the necessary number of wells, watering places and facilities for bed ground of livestock.
