Charged veterinary services shall be classified as follows: (a) clinical, diagnostic, therapeutic, veterinary and sanitary, surgical, obstetric and gynecological, anti-epizootic, sanitary and hygienic measures, immunization (active, passive), disinfection, disinsection shall be covered by payments out of state budget; (b) determination of pregnancy of all livestock species, receipt and transplantation of embryos and other activities related to reproduction of animals, birds, fish, bees and their transportation; (c) issuance of veterinary certificates, including veterinary compliance certificates for production facilities of business entities performing slaughtering, meat processing, storage and transportation; and (d) cremation and euthanasia of livestock. Provision of charged veterinary services shall be regulated by contracts.
