This Decree enters into force upon signature.

Resumen

This Decree states that the list of objects that technical specifications and permissible limit of emission are applied shall be compiled according to the category of hazardousness of these objects. The facilities shall be categorized in 4 level based on the amount, number and concentration level of hazardous substances. First category includes large-scale enterprises in energy, mining and construction sectors. Second category includes some enterprises in energy, mining, construction, automotive sector and shipbuilding and cotton industries. Third category includes some enterprises in automotive and transport sector, shipbuilding industry as well as large-scale enterprises in food sector. Fourth category includes some enterprises in food, transport and service sector.
