Animals, products and raw materials of animal origin on the official list of animal diseases particularly dangerous to human or animal health shall be confiscated and destroyed, and the conveyances used for their transport shall be disinfected in accordance with relevant veterinary and sanitary requirements. Mandatory disinfection and recycling without confiscation of animals, products of animal origin, drugs, feedstuffs and animal feed additives harmful to human or animal health shall be carried out by order of the state veterinary inspectorate.
