Ministerial Decree No. 407 validating the Regulation on Department of monitoring and forecasting emergencies and natural disasters.

This Ministerial Decree establishes that Department of monitoring and forecasting emergencies and natural disasters shall be subordinated to the Ministry of Emergency Situations and shall be responsible for monitoring and forecasting of hazardous natural and technological processes. The scope of the Department shall be implementation of state policy for the prevention of disasters and protection of the territory and population against hazardous natural and technological processes.
