Ministerial Decree No. 387 validating the Regulation on classification of a legal person as scientific and technical support organization for state body regulating safety in the process of utilization of nuclear energy.

This Ministerial Decree establishes that a legal person shall be classified as scientific and technical support organization for state body regulating safety in the process of utilization of nuclear energy by the Federal Ecological, Technological and Nuclear Supervision Service if complying with the following criteria: (a) legal person is constituted by the authorized body; (b) legal person is in possession of authorization for performing licensed activities in the sphere of utilization of nuclear energy; (c) legal person performs scientific research in the sphere of safe management of nuclear energy sites; (d) legal person performs testing, expertise and valuation of safety of nuclear energy sites; and (e) legal person is a member on international organizations operating in the sphere of nuclear energy.
