Ministerial Decree No. 368/2013 on identifying sites of fishing for artisanal fishing vessels and for coastal fishing vessels and the installation of tracking devices.

This Decree identifies fishing locations for artisanal fishing vessels and for coastal fishing vessels . It is composed of 8 articles and 3 annexes. Article 1 defines some significant terms. Article 2 states the sites suitable for fishing for coastal and artisan fishing vessels and the required distances and measurements as shown in the Annexes . Article 4 specifies the distances to be kept between vessels and in mountainous areas. Article 5 states the areas in which it is prohibited fishing for artisan and coastal fishing vessels. Article 6 obliges the owners of fishing vessels (artisanal, coastal, commercial) to install automated tracking devices in accordance with the system determined by the competent authority .
