Ministerial Decree No. 358 validating the Regulation on the Agency of hydrometeorology.

This Ministerial Decree validates the Regulation on Agency of hydrometeorology under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Emergency Situations. Agency of hydrometeorology shall be authorized state environmental institution carrying out the arrangements in the sphere of hydrometeorology and environmental pollution monitoring with a view of protection of the population against natural calamities and disasters, prevention and reduction of damages caused thereby, forecasting of dangerous natural phenomena such as flood and risk of avalanches and supply of information related to natural hydrometeorological phenomena.
